To help speed the task of data entry, a list of interventions can be uploaded from a file into 5-Star Students. Supported file types include Microsoft Excel (.xls/.xlsx), text (.txt), or comma-delimited (.csv).
The file must contain two required fields for each intervention. Additional fields can also be included as needed, but they must follow the formats described below.
If you need to add repeating interventions, you must include the Repeating Rule column that contains a valid repeating/recurrence rule. The are several rule generators available online to assist with creating valid rules.
A column description, or header row, may be included as the first row in the file. Make sure to indicate this option during the upload process, so the first row will be skipped during processing.
