To enable student or staff access to 5-Star Students, please use the below guidance.
- Access the App Library: Click the plus sign (+) on your LaunchPad and select "App Library".
- Locate the app: Browse or search for the "5-Star Students" application.
- Add the app: Click the toggle or add button next to the app to add it to your LaunchPad.

Test the SSO connection: After configuring the app, it's crucial to test the connection. This usually involves impersonating an existing student or staff member and verifying that you can access the application through the ClassLink portal.
*Important notes for teachers/staff:
Individuals must have a 5-Star Students user account to access the website at https://app.5starstudents.com. Otherwise, they will receive an error message during the SSO process. School site admins/managers can invite staff within 5-Star Students, by selecting the appropriate access level for each individual. Staff "rostering" through ClassLink does NOT automatically provision access, however managers can easily select rostered staff to configure accounts.
