If you notice the animation (i.e. rotating circles) not working on a digital student ID, it's likely because they have an accessibility setting enabled on their device.
On iPhone/iPad:
Open the Settings app, tap Accessibility, then select Motion, and finally toggle off Reduce Motion.
On Android:
Go to Settings > Accessibility, then find the "Remove animations" or "Reduce motion" setting under options like "Visibility enhancements" or "Color and motion" and disable it.
These settings disable or simplify visual effects, which may help extend battery life but will stop the animation from working on the ID page.
After editing the setting, instruct the student to completely close the app and restart for the change to effect.
